1. the total amount, if any, paid by you to the Company in connection with your use of the Website during the twelve months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim; or
2. USD $100.00.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, you and the Company agree that any legal action or proceeding must be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New Castle County, Delaware. You and the Company consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of those courts and waive any objection based on improper venue or inconvenient forum, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

The Company may revise or update these Terms from time to time.

When changes are made, the updated Terms will be posted on this page and the “Last Updated” date at the top of the page will be revised. Where required by applicable law, or where changes materially affect your rights, the Company may provide additional notice.
